hello guys i have a swollen testicle (8 cm) for almost 3 years, in this year i had problems and pain in the testicle and went to the doctor and did mri + ct and a lot of blood tests, my blood tests all clean but my doctor said we have to remove the testicle and examine it for cancer also he said you have enlarged lymph node (5cm) in my abdomen found in ct, my previous doctor said your swollen testicle is because of a hit that damaged the testicle and it causing you infections (which is true i was hit a lot in my testicle ). 

what do you think ? is it cancer or it could be something else ?
