I have had a constant headache for 3 weeks it feels like I have pressure in my forehead face and ears and sometimes I get a tingling feeling over my head and down my face. I am thinking may be this is a brain tumour. I have also got lower back pain and lower abodomen pain and my bowel habits have changed has any body else had this before if so did you find the cause ?
