Really anxious for two reasons

I am 58 and passed menopause I have a mirena coil in for progesterone to keep endometrial lining thin however I have had very very pale brown spotting and have been sent on a 2_week wait for gynae  cancer im really scared I go next Friday 5th and also have an urgent mri with contrast on 18th nov for liver cysts one of which has grown so needs to be checked im so scared I could have either gynae or liver cancer or God forbid both could any body offer any advice please thanks

    I'm sorry to hear that you'll have to go through some testings to rule out cancer.

    I think anyone can understand why you're worried but it sounds like that for now you have done everything yoou could have done, so if at all possible, try to keep your mind busy with other things in the meantime as stress rarely helps when it comes to health matters.

    I am trying my best to cope but have severe fibromyalgia which causes pain and all I can think is I probably have a tumour and my pain comes from undiagnosed cancer I am really scared of incidental findings on the mri or endometrial. Cancer I feel so nervous and afraid
