Hi there, I'm sorry to hear this. I had a cancelled apt recently, but I rang them back and asked them why and they explained it was staff sickness and rescheduled. If they have not provided a reason, I would encourage your son to ring and ask for one and clarity about whether it's being rescheduled etc. Perhaps they couldn't tell you as your son is the client? I hope that helps a little, Mickey x

Hi, his appointment was moved to Tuesday morning , so hopefully we know what's happening by Tuesday afternoon,  he actually went out to see friends last night after shutting them all out. Thankyou for asking that's really thoughtful

Yes it was due being short staffed, but like you said less than a week to wait, so grateful for small compromise.

Hi lm pleased that your son has another appointment breast clinic are great and do all the tests required then you have the results in a week or two. Much quicker than it used to be, they will be able to offer reassurance and help.
