Hi, I know it's scary waiting and even more so if you have had personal family experience too. Sending lots of love. When you say you are told there are no appointments is this when trying to book online?
I tried to book online and this happened to me too so I filled in the box asking them to contact me and I'm waiting to hear. It did give me a number to call if I don't hear within a certain time frame though.
