As many of our members have found out, it can be very frustrating when you feel like you're not being listened to or that your concerns are not being taken seriously but please do persist as your GP is the only person that can investigate and let you know whether this is any cause for concern.

I hope these tips we have on talking to your doctor will help but if you have more than one doctor at your GP surgery, you could try getting a second opinion from a different doctor.
