Colonoscopy experience.

This is just for anyone out there regarding a colonoscopy experience.

I have been having symptoms loosing blood in stool pressure in bum and stomach pains i have by bloods done and doctors referred me down 2 week rule for colonoscopy.

I have been so scared reading all the stories out there about peoples bad experiences.

I had my prep was not nice but toreable, my appointment was 2pm been on google all morning reading people's stories about procedure as I was so scared no good with pain and was thinking of cancelling.

I had a melt down nurse was so nice even the doctors I opted for slight sedation and let me tell you I would do it all over again! Only slightly uncomfortable they also took several biopsies was over and done with before I knew it. They played a play list of music and the nurse really put me at ease.

I do know everyone is different but please these procedures save life's and do not be put off by all the bad stories of this helps anyone I am happy as I was raeally frightened and I would have this procedure done again tomorrow if I had to ! X
