(21F) I’ve had a weird pelvic pain on my left side that comes on sometimes since last year. It recently got worse and occasionally would radiate down my leg so I got it checked out, and was referred for an ultrasound. I had a pelvic one and transvaginal ultrasound and it came back that I have numerous 'follicular size cysts' on my left ovary - but this apparently isn't the cause for my pain? 

They also said pcos should be considered but offered no tests to confirm and said if it was I would have lack of periods (which I have had anyway) acne and facial hair.

All I got for the results was this information in a text message. No follow up call or anything - so I don't know what to do now. The pain is now mainly in my left thigh constantly and I’m still really scared :( I don't know what to do now! I hate calling the doctors as it is but it feels like they've just left me in the dark and said 'we found nothing, have a nice day'. I’m still worried it could be something bad :(
