Hi, I have been reading other posts and feel more reassured but still apprehensive.
I am 42 and adopted and found out years ago when searching for birth family that there is a family history of BC. I eventually went to go and I was then referred for 2 yearly mammograms until 40 and then yearly from then.
I had my yearly mammogram yesterday and I got called this morning to attend on Monday for a recall mammogram and ultrasound at one of the bigger hospitals near where I live. I have been shocked as I really did not expect to be recalled.
