8 weeks ago kept feeling like I had swollen glands, 6 weeks ago my voice went hoarse and is still hoarse, doctor sent me for camera which shown up white plaque and a lump in voice box, waiting now for scan. I have been off work all this time due to my job and lack of voice. I am always tired with no energy. Since the hoarseness I fell swollen in my neck on right side, back of throat feels like there's something there, constantly gulping to try and remove, feel like I've got a tight scalf round my neck chocking me. Also wake up sicky with horrible taste in mouth. Wondered if anyone had these symptoms and how you managed ?
