Unsure if anyone else has been through this but I’m really loosing my mind worrying… 

So around 3 weeks ago I started getting pain in my lower back, I then started spotting most days, and getting pains in my legs/ hip bone/ pelvis, feeling sick and super tired, and also awful pain during sex which is when I rang the doctors, I got seen straight away and had some swabs done, mucus around my cervix and inflamed cervix, SWABS ARE ALL CLEAR,  I’m worrying so much and thinking the worst. 
If anyone has had anything similar please can I hear stories,
