Hi there just looking for some advice basically my chest wall is really tender and hurts to touch also my boobs feel extremely tender and lumpy but I'm unsure if to see the doctors as both boobs feel the same it's been like this for a while now. I confuses me as I'm unsure what breast are meant to feel like are they meant to be soft? Are we meant to not feel anything at all? I don't know the feel swollen
