I found a breast lump a couple of months ago it's hard and moves around, it was never really painful only tender. I was told by my GP this was a fibroadenoma and she'd send me for an ultrasound for my own piece of mind. A couple of months later and I have my appointment in for Tuesday but now both my breasts have been painful, has anyone had similar or have their diagnosis turned out to be wrong?
im unsure if the pain is in my head from worrying or if it is there
