I had breast cancer 4 years ago, i recentley had an mri for my back for ongoing back pain, i had it 2 weeks today, they told me 4\6 weeks for results or it could be longer.
On thursday my doctor rang and said results were back, they are not concerned about my back, however the mri picked up a large area of lesions in my upper left stomach, and i need urgent ct scan.
Doctor referred me to suspected GI and HPB cancer , and they called me in same day for ct scan which i had thursday, Im told the team will discuss my scan, and i will have a telephone appointment monday morning, im proper freaking out i didnt expect mri to pick up another issue , im told its area of top left of tummy.
Anyone else ever experianced this
