Cervical CGIN and lesion in uterus

Hi.

not sure what I'm hoping for here, but I am super scared. I'm 37 and have been diagnosed with CGIN then did a lletz under General anaesthetic on Tuesday. During the procedure a lesion was found in my uterus. I'm so scared that I'm going to die. I can't cope.

guess I'm looking for any positive stories from similar experiences

  • Hello Sadder_than_sad,

I can imagine you are having a really stressful time at the moment after they found a lesion in your uterus. Have they told you anything about what this lesion may be? Try not to draw any conclusions though until you find out more as you won't know what it might be until you have spoken to your specialist about it.

The best thing to do to avoid thinking too much about this is to keep busy and distracted if you can and avoid looking things up online. I can imagine it is hard for you to do this at the moment but it will help you feel a little less anxious.

I hope you will also hear from others here who have been through all this before and that they will be along soon to share their story with you.

Keeping everything crossed for you that everything turns out fine.

    Best wishes,
