Hi I had a raised CA125 of 118 over 6 weeks ago with low ferritin. CA125 is now 103. They found cyst on Ovary in Ultrasound but on MRI the radiographer noted one of my fibroids had unusual changes. Now on fast track 2ww to gynae oncologist. Anyone had similar and how worried should I be? I was 50 this year
