Worried about my mum going to the breast clinic tomorrow

Hello, I'm Lucy I'm 18 years old.

Only a few weeks ago I had to get checked out at the breast clinic myself. I got so anxious and upset and it was nothing in the end luckily.

But now my mum has been referred to the breast clinic after being examined by a GP. Originally concerned about her skin this doesn't seem to be a concern afterall but she's been referred for 'thickening of the breast' - one breast was thicker and bigger than the other - and 'inverted nipple'. The nipple being inverted isn't anything new which is something.

Another positive was no lumps were detected. But I'm just so worried about her. Anyone got anything reassuring to say? I know you don't have the answers but I'm scared.
