Hello

I've found a lump what I think is a swollen lymph node just above collar bone. A quick Google search, has clearly panicked me and I'm now thinking it could be very serious, like metastasis breat cancer.  

I ran a half marathon last week and feel absolutely fine. But in my search for reassurance, I've found only cause grave concern.

I'll make an appointment to see GP Tomorrow. Anyone know if I could be something less serious?
