I have a small lump in my lower back, one on the side of my hip, one new small one on my wrist which is hard but movable and also one on the side of my forearm which has been there for years and is like a grape but easy to move.
I'm sorry to hear that you're concerned about some lumps, some of which you have had for a while but some much newer.
We would recommend that anyone who has a new lump, or one that they are concerned about, speaks to their GP who will be best placed to arrange any appropriate investigations and offer reassurance.
