i would recommend two things-stay off google, as it cannot diagnose you and will send your anxiety sky high with non relevant information. And the second thing would be please contact your doctor to go through your symptoms and find out what tests you may need to find out what’s going on.

You are clearly worried, understandably, as you have joined a cancer forum, but even if people have had similar symptoms to you they might not have the same issue and might not be relevant to you. 

I understand  how difficult it can be to pluck up the courage to see the doctor-I was exactly the same, and now really regret not going sooner. The doctor is the only one who can tell you what’s going on, and hopefully be able to reassure you. If you don’t go, your worry will continue and you won’t know the reason for your symptoms. Try not to think too far ahead at the moment-there may be a straightforward explanation which won’t be anything as serious as cancer.
