Thickened uterus

Hi, I'm new to this.  I have been referred to gynaecologist from scan I had.  I have a thickened uterus of 28mm, had hystoscopy on Tuesday and was told my biopsy results will take 6-8 weeks.  Has anyone else had to wait this long, I'm pulling my hair out after a couple of days x

    Hi I had my biopsy Tuesday consultant said 8 weeks for results I have thickened uterus focal ademyosis and some cystic spaces what ever that means in uterus . Iv suffered heavy irregular bleeding for two years and bleed after intercourse finally being taken serious . The bloating pain bleed is all full I’m also booked for full hysterectomy - and to start hrt prior to surgery I’m so scared Iim 42 .
