No bleeding after Lletz, day 5!

Today is day 5 since I had the Lletz treatment for CIN3 moderate abnormal cells. As I understood, the procedure would be followed by bleeding, or at least blood stained discharge. I have had nothing, just perhaps an increase of clear discharge. I am not complaining, I'm happy this is the case, but wondered if that may mean that recovery is a little quicker? 
 

Anyone else had no bleeding after Lletz? What was your recovery like?

    I think it's great that you haven't had any bleeding after the LLETZ - as you said, it's definitely something to be pleased about! I would have thought that not experiencing any bleeding will make it easier for you to get back to normal but keep an eye on how it all goes. Our information page on the LLETZ mentions that "you might have bleeding and discharge for about 4 weeks after having a LLETZ and that you shouldn't use tampons or have sex during this time to reduce your risk of infection". 

    I hope you will hear from other members who have had the LLETZ treatment recently and that they will share with you what their recovery was like.

    I'm only day 2 after procedure and had no bleeding or pain
