30 year old female when I was 27 I had a lump in my breast that was a fibroid years have passed with no pain or any problems until the last 2 weeks when what started as a pain (ache in the left side of my breast is now an on off ache just under the nipple. I have felt for lumps & cannot find any however my breast are quite big & dense which makes it difficult to be sure ,the breast seems to ache more after poking /prodding around when I look. 
I wanted to see if it would go away before booking a dr visit however it hasn't with expectation of 3 days & today I've had the ache return has anyone else had this ?  

It's also worth mentioning I do not have periods due to a coil & have not been recently pregnant or breastfeeding
