Hi guys, i hope everyone is well! sorry to be asking questions on here its ust i dont know who els to ask as its late and im worring myslef silly. So bascally about 5 years ago my nipple on my left breast randomly inverted, i have really big boobs and im always trying to shove them back into my bra ( i havnt ever been measured as im embarrared because of the size of them) i probably dont wear the right soze bra.i went to the doctor about 3 months agao and she checked my breasts and didnt find any lumps or anything and didnt seam to concerned about my nipple, i have recently the last few days started getting pain in the same breast.im 30 years old by the way. i did the wrong thing and googled it and have come to the conclusion i definatly have breast cancer( im a real worrier as you can tell) i just wondered if anyone can help me or just make me feel alittle better just so i can sleeo tonight. Thankyou in advance

    Hey, I am in exactly the same boat (31yrs). 5 years ago nipple started to invert, left, if you were wondering, I went to the docs they sent me for an ultra sound and they said there's nothing to worry about and that my milk ducts had changed following pregnancy leading to occasional inversion. Then this evening I've been noticing a slight itch on the same breast and the nipple still inverts when intake off my bra.

    I know it's easier said than done but try to put it to the back of your mind, there's nothing we can do about it tonight, make the appointment to see docs again in the morning and take it from there. ‍♀️  hope you manage to find a way to put it to the back of your mind. Xx

    Hi :) thanks so much for your reply! i havnt had any children yet so it cant be that reason, its really hard to just relax about the situation . im worrying iv left it to late and now i must be  dying (been googling havnt i) i have no itching or anything just a pain in my breast, unsure weather its anxiety or actual pain.my breast doesnt hurt to touch or anything. im glad your untra sound was ok, i wouldnt worry to much if your doctor has said its all ok and you have had an ultra sound as that woud have picked anything "nasty".i know this is aot easier said than done though
