Can’t help but worry.

Hi everyone

just looking for some reassurance, from someone that has been through these symptoms.

im being tested for lymphoma. I have numerous swollen lymph nodes swollen in both sides of my neck and some in the top of my left arm. I've had B symptoms for the last 6 months. My bloods come back fine. They didn't see any concern in a CT scan but wanted to ultrasound anyway. I went to the ultrasound and they decided to take a biopsy. They took 6 samples.
For, the last 3 weeks I've experienced really excruciating pain in my left collarbone and today it's In my other collarbone, jaw and bottom of my head.
has anyone had these symptoms and it turned out not to be lymphoma?? I'm a mum of 5 kids , 2 With ASD so the panic is consuming me. thanks for reading ️

EDIT I also have a hard like lump in my chest bone. The pain is in what feels like just my bones.

  • Hello tonijade88

I'm sorry to hear that you're currently undergoing investigations for a possible lymphoma diagnosis. It's totally understandable that you're feeling very worried about things. It's good to hear that up until this point none of the test results have raised any immediate cause for concern. Hopefully, you won't have to wait too much longer for the results of the biopsy and these will give you some definitive answers.

We know that it can be a really difficult period of time waiting for tests and results. Sometimes it can help to talk things through with someone and I wonder if you might find it beneficial to chat things through with one of our team of nurses. If you'd like to speak with them they're available Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm on 0808 800 4040.

I hope you have news soon.

    Best wishes,
