Am so so frustrated 

I been going backwards and forwards to doctors since May .. started with pain in my left side GP said most likely a water infection then said  muscles pain but i was still in pain come July so sent me for ultrasound witch showed i had an enlarged spleen.. but doctoer told me not to worry it was nothing.. and to take pain killers for the pain. But it got worse and worse pain spread to my back collarbone shoulder and kneck .. so went back to doctor who referred me to harmotolgist said could be 6 weeks for the secretary get round to doing a referral. but the pain got so bad i went to A&E as it was  now in my chest and the doctoer  there discovered a lump in my chest and in my neck... she told me she worried that it may be hodgkin's disease( blood cancer) also have a family history blood cancer .  The doctor Said i need to see a haematology soon as possible she could not make a referral as one had already been made but she can write to my GP .. but they still saying 6 weeks so we decided to go private as we have health insurance so my insurance have found i haematologist and waiting to book me an appointment but they carnt do that untill my GP make a referral and make it an open one i been to doctor and they saying the secretary who writes the letters for the referral has a back log and could be another 6 weeks !!! On top of the 3 weeks i have already waited my insurance is waiting to make an appointment i dunno what to do am scared and worried .. surely my health shouldnt lie in the hands of Pauline the secretary?
