I have had pain in my right breast behind the nipple which is also making my breast tender to touch. I am 41 and following a total hyterectomy many years ago I take quite a high dose of oestrogen, progesterone tablets and testosterone gel.  I spoke with a GP re pain and following an exam she said my breast feels 'lumpy bumpy' and is Fibrocystic and I wasnt too worry. I asked again re cause of pain and she said its likely to be the HRT as oestrogen can stimulate breast tissue and it was possibly overly stimulating. I also have a red spot that looks like a blood blister than started as a pin *** but GP advised a captain de morgan (?) spot thats just grown big and not to worry. Should I be worried this is something more or just put up with the pain and discomfort?
