Bowel pain. Is this serious?

I'm a 30 year old female. Last month, I suffered from feacal loading. I never get such problems but I do get the urge to have a bowel movement twice a day (once in morning before showering and later sometime during the day). However, during the 2nd urge, I would resist the urge to go and would not go since I was always at school/work. While this has happened before, I never had issues until last month when I became extremely constipated. Finally, I began experiencing belly swelling and couldn't poo at all. I had an X Ray taken which revealed I had feacal loading.

I was given laxatives and took them over the course of 6 days. The problem was solved and after a week, I was able to have regular bowel movements. As usual, I still get the urge to go again even after morning since my bowels never empty completely in one go.

The problem is that despite my bowel movements returning to normal, I still experience pain in my intestinal region. If I press around my bell button, it hurts. The same around the lower abdominal region on the right side and around the small bowel as well. Sometimes, it's around the Sigmoid colon, sometimes it's near the large intestine. On some days, I even experience back pain if I haven't been to the toilet twice I a day.

It's been over a month of the fecal loading and almost every other day, i have intestinal tenderness and mild pain when pressed. I don't have any other problems other than this. I had blood tests taken 1 month ago and I had low iron levels that time but the C Reactive Protein was normal. I have another blood test due tomorrow.

I'm very scared because I think I have serious inflammation or some serious issue with my bowels. What should I do? Should I get an MRI?
