Im 21 and noticed a white mark on my left nipple almost like a stretch mark last Thursday with no other symptoms and then on the Friday I started to get some symptoms. I haven't noticed any lumps but under my areola feels strange, like I can move something around. 

The white looking stretch mark has made my areola  white and almost disappear. My breast started feeling like it was burning but I'm not sure if that was psychological, I have severe anxiety and I google everything, I know I'm not supposed to. 
my breast kind of feels like it did when I went through puberty kinda like it was growing (could be the case, I have put on over a stone in a year) there is some slight pain and discomfort. 

im not sure if my nipples are leaking discharge, they both feel sticky but I'm not sure if that's sweat. 
I called 111 today and they said a clinician will call me back but I'm just so scared. I haven't been able to eat or sleep properly since Thursday. I'm feeling very low right now.
