I was wondering if anyone has recently had a colposcopy and biopsy recently, and if so how long did it take for the biopsy results to come through with all the covid delays?
I know that some members have posted on the forum about experiencing delays in biopsy results being returned. It's impossible to say how long you may have to wait as things do vary from hospital to hospital.
Generally, most patients seem to get their biopsy results in 2-3 weeks but there's no harm in giving the hospital secretary a call to find out if they can let you know when you may hear.
