I hope it might reassure you a little to know that almost every person who has ever been sexually active will carry the HPV virus. For some people it causes issues, but for the majority it doesn’t. Low grade dyskariosis is a mild form of cervical cell changes but it is NOT cancer. These cell changes are pre cancerous and can be easily treated and removed if necessary. 

The HPV virus causes the cell changes and this can happens when your immune system is low. Best thing you can do now is try to keep your immune system as healthy as possible with good diet and exercise.
