So I'm 24. Since I was 16 I've bled after sex. At 17 I started spotting evey few days. At 19 I bleed daily. It's like a brown discharge that then turns to a pink spotting then back to discharge. 2 months ago I started bleeding from my vagina each time I went for a poo and I'd end up having to put a tampon in. Also I've ALWAYS had heavy painful periods as well as really bad pms, but since March I've not had no periods, just the usual daily bleeding (I had to have a medical abortion so I think it's due to that). All my life I thought this was normal. I only realised it wasn't when I started bleeding after going to the toilet and I brought it up to a friend and I realised no normal person has worn a pad or tampon every single day of their adult life. I have swabs tomorrow but I'm looking for some answers today.
 

Has anyone ever had this? I feel so silly thinking this was normal and every sign they say to get checked I've had for years ️
