Feel like something stuck in throat and glands feel solid

I have a haitus hernia and keep getting the response of "it's acid" somehow, I don't believe it at all. I'm tired, really tired all of the time, coughing like crazy and feel like something is jammed in the left of my throat. Glands on left feel solid. I can't even get through to my GP at the moment presumably due to covid and I'm worried!

    I'm sorry to hear of your worries. It's only really your doctor who can advise on this, so do keep trying to get an appointment if you'd like to speak to someone. Surgeries are accepting appointments and working as normal, although may be slightly busier, so give them another call if you're worried.

    If you feel you'd like to see a different doctor to one you've seen previously, we have some information on our website about asking for a second opinion.
