It's very reassuring that after examination and a mammogram and ultrasound at the breast clinic, they haven't found anything worrying. However, as the pain is continuing and you can't lie down on your side or front because of it, I would get in touch with your GP and ask what it might be and whether they have any suggestions for you so you don't have these symptoms anymore. I can understand why despite having clear exams you would want to feel comfortable again and find out what is causing this breast pain. So you definitely need some answers still and don't hesitate to get in touch with your GP or the breast clinic. It's great news though that your tests haven't flagged anything worrisome.
