My dentist noticed the white patches at my last visit six months ago all he said was will have to keep an eye. Didn't explain what they were or what any changes would look like so never thought anymore of it. In the last four weeks my sub mental gland is now enlarged. Albeit it was after a cold that I noticed it. I'm 34 never drunk or smoked. I'm now petrified it's oral cancer. I have an appointment on Saturday but I'm so worried. Should the tongue have been biopsies earlier?
