Breast cancer panic

Hello all , 

I today noticed some puckering on my left breast ( when I lifted my arm up ) and wondered if this could be a symptom of breast cancer ? I have phoned my GP and got a Doctor calling me back Saturday . I also have a sore right side throat when swallowing but that is very bizarre to be connected ??

I just feel all of a sudden a little panicky

    It's completely natural, and understandable, to feel a bit panicky and scared when unexplained symptoms start to appear but hopefully your chat with the GP on Saturday will allay your fears and help put your mind at ease.

    Saturday isn't too far away now so try to keep busy until then if you can. Easier said than done I know but it will help the time to pass that little bit more quickly whilst you wait.
