Just wanting to hear a few experiences and maybe get a bit of reassurance! I'm 26, I have 1 child (she's 2!) since I was 19ish I had problems with periods/pelvic pain etc. I was diagnosed with PCOS in September 2020 after an ultrasound showed cysts on my ovaries plus I had the other usual symptoms (excess hair, oily skin, struggle to lose weight etc).

Anyway! I've had my first smear in October 2019 which was HPV positive, I had a repeat smear in October 2020 and was HPV positive again. They've now said if I'm HPV positive this year I'll have to have a colposcopy. However, for the last 3/4 weeks I've had spotting every day, sometimes it's dark like old blood and other times its light pink, there's no pattern to it, sometimes it has tiny tiny clots and others it's just stringy coloured discharge. I went for an examination at the GP and she's referred me for an internal ultrasound and also said that my womb feels bulky. 

is this something to be concerned about? She also sent me for blood tests which I'm still waiting for the results of
