Sorry if this isn't the place to post. I'm just feeling a little anxious. 

Couple weeks ago I had a red irritated left nipple with a bit of discharge which when I googled said could be a blocked duct.. I lelt it and went away within 2 days. 1 week later found a hard longish lump same breast above nipple. I have a family history of breast cancer so went to GP.. was saw in breast clinic they did ultrasound just of that one spot and said it was fibroadenoma nothing to worry about. Since then I've had the odd sharp breast pain (same breast) ignored it.. last 2 days I've found a red smooth rash on the side of my breast which has grown over night. I don't have a fever or feel unwell, can't feel anymore lumps. 

I'm ringing GP again in morning although feeling like I'm bothering them.. but with googling (I know worse thing to do) it come up with inflammatory breast cancer which is often misdiagnosed.. I've got myself in such a panic.. has anyone has a similar rash or red patch and it just been an infection???
