A few days ago I noticed my armpit was sore and I felt and there was a pea sized lump and a few smaller lumps. I'm 35 weeks pregnant. I'm terrified it could be breast cancer. Has anyone had anything similar?
I'm sorry to hear that you've recently noticed some breast lumps. It's understandable that you're feeling anxious particularly as you're pregnant at the moment.
It's not uncommon to have some breast changes during pregnancy particularly towards the end as your hormones start to change again ready for milk to come in so try not to worry too much. However, it is important to get these lumps checked out so give your GP a call when they open again after the weekend and arrange an appointment. I'm sure they will be able to give you some reassurance about things.
