Hi!

So I have noticed this swelling in my groin(left) a couple of month ago. I didn't think anything of it especially since I was busy taking care of my newborn. But I did decide to get it checked and went to see my doctor. He felt it anc said it feels semi tender and to get an pelvic ultrasound. I got my ultrasound done 2 days later. But since I know how u reliable my clinic can be with calling for results I scheduled a phone appointment for the next day. Sure enough they already had my results. This was a different doctor telling me what my results were. She said pelvic exam was clear. I have a complex cyst on my left ovary during my pregnancy in 2019 and this cyst is gone now. They did see 2 lymph nodes on my left groin that were 1.3x0.8x1 and 0.9x0.6x0.5 which appear benign. She said to watch them and come back if I feel more pain or they grow. This was Friday. Now over the weekend obviously I have been paying attention. I kind of feel some type of pressure in that groin area. It's not painful enough to take something it just feels uncomfortable. Also for the last couple of month I have been having right shoulder pain. I did have my doctor feel it but it kind of dismissed it and said put heat on it. But I do feel a little mini sized marble that moves. It comes and goes. The pain comes and goes. It mostly is painful when I move my arm too much. My neck has been sore too the last 2 days. This morning my chest started hurting especially when taking deep breaths with a little dry cough. I took some meds for it and it seems to help a little. Sorry for writing too much. I know nobody here can diagnose me but maybe someone had/has similar symptoms? Could this be all connected? I was happy that those 2 lymph node appear to loom benign but I also know nothing is for sure without a biopsy. Should I request one? Should I wait and see how my symptoms develop? Or get a second opinion? I'm just at loss. Any input is appreciated.
