Hello to all 

I am 29 years old verry worried because i might have a testicular cancer. I have almost all the symptoms and i fit in all risk factors( undescended testicle, age, race,..)

It all started about 5-6 days ago with testicular pain on the right side. Pain is almost always there and it increases when i sit for a long time or when i walk. The pain itself is not very sharp but its definetely very dusturbing. The only time i dont feel it is in the middle of the night when i wake up and maybe first couple of hours in the morning. 2 days ago i developed some groin and pelvic discomfort(same side) and its gets worse with walking. I also have lower back and leg discomfort on the same side, but that was there for months. I dont even know how to describe this but the worst is when i try to sleep i just cant find the right position for my right leg(every time i move it it feels like it was there for hours even though its totally new position).

I also have some late stage TC symptoms like headaches, shortness of breath(it might be anxiety), chest tightness and so on.

I have ultrasound in 4 days but what do you think?
