Hello, I hope this comment finds you all well.
I am reaching out to see if anyone has experienced a similar situation to what I am going through, in general and/or following their covid-19 vaccination.
After my first Moderna Covid Vaccination, I noticed a small pea sized lump on the left side of my neck - what I assume to be my cervical lymph node. Im not sure if it was there before the vaccine, but it was only afterwards that I noticed it.
I wasn't too alarmed, but fast forward 8 weeks and the lump is still there and hasn't reduced in size at all :-(. I have visited my GP, and he referred me for the 2 week scan - however, the consultant explained that she would need to see me in person before conducting a scan, and the only available appoint would be end of September.. seems like a long wait!
After googling my symptoms online, I'm struggling to find any solution for the lump on my cervical lymph that isn't lymphoma. The lump is on the left side of my neck, around half way from my ear to shoulder. Super worried as I have a family history of cancer, and feel petrified that it could be what I'm fearing most.
For context; I am a 25 year old female, generally healthy - dont smoke, and dont drink much. But as mentioned, have a close family history of cancer.
Big big thank you to anyone who has had the kindness to read, grateful for any advice or support!
