CA125 Level at 583, growth found on ovary

I had a scan, growth found, then GP said I needed a blood test to check CA125 level. It returned as 583, I asked doc, she said I have been referred. I asked if U should be worried, she simply said ' it's better to be prepared' 

What do the results mean ? Feeling scared.
