Good Evening Everyone, 

My name is Carla and I'm 27 years old. For the last 6 months I have been having abdominal pain, severe pain when going for a number 2 at times to the point I'm sick. I have night sweats , weight loss and severe pain in my legs. 
My ESR and WWC levels have been constantly elevated in every blood test. In my MRI scan it showed some non specific small bowel thickening. I was sent for a radioactive PET scan and it showed increased uptake in the stomach. 
 

anyone had a diagnoses similar to this? 
 

im booked in for a endoscopy and colonoscopy tomorrow afternoon. I have started the moviprep first sachet and nearly finished my first litre. How long does it usually take for you to start to go to toilet? And what happens if I don't manage to go to toilet?  Thank you in advance. 
 

if anyone has had any symptoms like mine I would be great full of you could maybe help me be ready for my diagnoses. 
im really nervous and anxious about it all.
