Hi.

Im really concerned about my right breast. For a few months now, I have noticed that my right breast has changed shape, especially in comparison to my left, and the aerola looked darker. Now i'm worried because it is achy and painful non-stop, with my arm feeling weird resting. I also have a red dot/mark to the left of my right nipple. 

I've been putting off talking to the doctors as I don't want to worry everyone, but I've been googling my symptoms and it all seems to lead back to signs of breast cancer. I am only 17, but my family has a history of breast cancer, if only in women in their 50's.

I dont know what to do.
