So full disclosure, this is more than likely me just worrying for no reason but I figured I'd get some peace of mind talking to people with experience in the field. So i'm a 21 year old male who's suffered from health anxiety for a long time now. The last week I've started having pretty minor headaches, nothing serious but of course I get worried immedietly. I've also started struggling to read. Very often I'll read a word wrong or use the wrong terminology, like changing genders on people. This also happens when I think, I might use the wrong sound like saying fifthhundred instead of fivehundred as an example. This very rarely, if ever happens when I actually speak or focus on my reading, and rarely happens when I don't worry about my thinking and what's happening, but it's quite uncomfortable. Other than that I've been feeling very drowsy and a weird nausea feeling where my stomach drops every now and then, which feels like a mix of anxiety and nausea. I've also had some diarreha, and muscle twitches. Now I should mention I had the twitches for a while now and was worried about something neurological, which i'm now thankfully not concerned about, I also had them last year and they went away eventually. I've been to my doctor and she said there's nothing to worry about, and I do believe her I just struggle to fully calm down, and when I was struggling with my neurological concerns talking to people who had it/knew about it helped. So I guess I'm just wondering if I have any reason for concern?
