I've had a tonsil covered in multiple ulcers for around 2 weeks now, its painful to eat unless its soft and speaking hurts a little too. I've been on antibiotics but there has been no change.

I've taken photos of the ulcers every day and they have not even began to heal at all, my lymph nodes are not swollen and I have no other symptoms.

The reason I worry is that I'm quite a heavy drinker and haven't taken the best care of my mouth, I cannot find any realistic images of throat cancer online, though mine does like quite scary! 

Anyone here that has it did you have this as a symptom or anyone who was worried what else was it?
