Hard Lump on jawbone.

Hi guys, first time posting. Found a soft doughy lump in my neck around 3 months ago. Went to the doctor and they said it was nothing to worry about. A few months later a hard small lump on my jaw bone near the corner appeared which is right next to the doughy lump that formed a few months ago. 
 

went to the doctors again and they said it's probably nothing but are gonna send me for a ultrasound just to make sure. I haven't felt ill and would consider myself a healthy 21 year old man (touch wood) 
 

was just wondering if anyone had any similar symptoms like this and had got any news. Any help would be great.

    I'm sorry to hear that you've had some health concerns recently. It's good to know that you've already spoken with your GP and that they are referring you for an ultrasound.

    Although sometimes easier said than done, try to keep busy and avoid using Google to search for information this will inevitably lead you down a rabbit hole and you'll end up more worried than you started. Hopefully, you won't have to wait too long and the results will bring you some reassurance.

    Bit of a long shot but by any chance have you had your covid vaccine? I discovered a lump on my neck and two on base of skull approx 3/4 weeks after 1st jab. I have also discovered a lump under jaw which is movable when touched. The other lumps have settled down after about 3 weeks.

    Was the lumps on the base of your skull fixed and hard? Looking back on it, the pea sized lump on my jaw came around 3/4 weeks after my first jab.

    Yes they were hard, fixed and tender to touch. They have gone done. But the one under my jaw remains. It was only brought to my attention when another girl had said she knew someone who had neck lumps after covid jab.
