I had a mammogram in 2016 and recall, they did sonogram and found benign cyst, i don't know where on breast.
The mammogram in 2019 was clear.
I have had irregular bleeding since 2018 on and off and been unable to check breasts but ages ago, when i did i found a painless lump near the nipple.
I went to GP this summer for her to check my breasts, she noticed the lump, it felt a bit tender.
She referred me to the breast clinic and the specialist there wondered why she had sent me as he thought it was fatty tissue, i mentioned a cyst to him, so i dont know why he didnt say that.
He sounded really optimistic, but ordered a mammogram to be sure. The lady who did the mammogram said i am not alloewed another one for 6 months.
I thought all was well but they want me back for further investigations, another possible mammogram, ultrasound or biopsy.
I noticed in the last few days the lump is more tender and has grown, its above the nipple.
