I will start of by saying that I have health Anxiety so I worry about everything. Recently I felt around my left testicle and as I was sort of pinching around where I think my epididymis is, I think a hard mass around the size of a grain of rice. I got really worried but I have been sleeping on this for a few days checking each day and it hasnt changed much. It is not movable and it hard, but I can not feel it when rubbing just one finger over the area as it is covered by the epididymis area, due to this I thought it could be a cyst but it says online that cyst's occur on the epididymis and mine is felt on the testicle rather than on the epididymis. Any ideas on what this could be? Some things online also suggest it could be a tunica cyst.. Im really worried. I have not had any of the other symptoms that come with TC, except from enlarged male breasts but I have had this since the start of puberty and I am now 18.
